Terms of Use Lucidly: Wellness Tracker

By downloading, installing, or using Lucidly: Wellness Tracker ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App. These Terms of Use apply to all users of the App, including free and premium subscribers.

Lucidly is a personal wellness tracking application offered by Lucid App Studios. The App allows users to track wellness protocols, log daily check-ins, journal their experiences, and receive reflections drawn from their own personal data. Lucidly is a personal tracking tool only and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment of any kind.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older. If you are under 18, you are not permitted to use the App.

To use the App, you must create an account using a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify Lucid App Studios immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. Lucid App Studios is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account information.

Lucidly offers an optional auto-renewing premium subscription ("Lucidly Premium") that unlocks additional features within the App. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the following:

• Subscription title: Lucidly Premium
• Subscription options: Monthly or Annual
• Pricing: As displayed at the time of purchase within the App
• Billing: Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
• Auto-renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no partial refunds are issued
• Free trials: If a free trial is offered, any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when a subscription is purchased
• Manage or cancel: Visit Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your device

Purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple's standard End User License Agreement, available at: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the App in any way that violates applicable local, state, national, or international laws or regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App or its related systems
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the App
• Use the App to transmit any harmful, offensive, or disruptive content
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation in connection with the App

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the App complies with all laws applicable in your jurisdiction.

Lucidly takes your privacy seriously. All personal data you enter into the App — including wellness check-ins, journal entries, and protocol information — is stored securely and is never sold or shared with third parties. Your data is used solely to provide and improve the App's features for you personally.

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Lucid App Studios does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Your use of the App is at your sole risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lucid App Studios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App, even if Lucid App Studios has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Lucid App Studios reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Use at any time. When changes are made, the "Last updated" date at the top of this page will be revised. Lucid App Studios reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms of Use.
